1. Definitions and Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and expressions carry the meanings as defined:

• "Platform" refers to the jqk29 website accessible at https://jqk29.one together with all services, applications and features provided on it.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered a valid account on the jqk29 platform.
• "Company" refers to jqk29 as the platform operator, operating under international licensing.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by a User on this platform.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total amount of cash funds and bonus funds held in a User's account at any given time.
• "Bonus" refers to any additional credits, cashback, rewards or financial benefits granted by the Company to Users subject to stated conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before any withdrawal is permitted.
• "Payment Methods" refers to Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX online banking, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH accepted by the platform.

2. Registration Eligibility

To ensure lawful and responsible use of the platform, all Users wishing to register a jqk29 account must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the date of registration.
• Register in your own name only, not on behalf of another person.
• Not be on an active self-exclusion list on any gambling platform.
• Reside in an area that does not restrict or prohibit online gambling under the laws applicable to that individual.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into and fulfil a binding agreement.
• Not have been previously deactivated or banned by jqk29 for breaching the terms.

jqk29 reserves the right to request a copy of identity verification documents such as a MyKad or passport at any time to verify a User's eligibility. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified period may result in the account being suspended.

3. User Account

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the jqk29 platform. Opening multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile phone numbers, IP addresses or payment methods — constitutes a serious breach of these terms.

• Users are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
• Any activity that occurs under your account is considered your action, unless there is evidence of unauthorised access that is reported promptly to our support team.
• Users must notify jqk29 immediately via live chat or email if they suspect unauthorised access to their account.
• jqk29 is not responsible for any losses arising from a User's negligence in maintaining the security of their account.
• Account information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. Users are responsible for updating their information if any changes occur.

4. Deposits and Payments

jqk29 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX online banking, and cryptocurrencies (USDT, BTC, ETH). All financial transactions on this platform use Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR) as the base currency, except for cryptocurrency transactions which are converted at the current market rate.

• The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is RM20 per transaction.
• Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment details entered are accurate. jqk29 is not responsible for delays or transaction failures caused by incorrect information provided by the User.
• Every deposit must originate from an account or payment instrument registered in the User's own name. Third-party payments are not permitted.
• jqk29 reserves the right to hold or reject any deposit suspected of originating from illegal or suspicious activity.
• Funds that have been credited to an account cannot be transferred to another user's account.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will be processed by the jqk29 finance team subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount for all methods is RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawal requests that meet all verification requirements will be processed in under one hour.
• Withdrawals are only permitted to the same payment method used for the deposit, as a measure to prevent fraud and money laundering.
• Before the first withdrawal is processed, Users may be required to complete an identity verification process (KYC) by submitting a copy of their MyKad or an accepted document.
• Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal. Only cash balance may be withdrawn.
• jqk29 reserves the right to delay or hold withdrawals if there is suspicion of fraud, a breach of terms, or activity that requires further investigation.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

jqk29 offers various promotions from time to time, including a welcome bonus, VIP cashback, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated alongside each offer.

• The jqk29 welcome bonus gives a 120% match on your first deposit, up to a maximum of RM300.
• The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount received. For example: a deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM120, with a wagering requirement of RM120 × 15 = RM1,800 before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Another example: a deposit of RM600 gives a bonus of RM300 (not 120% as the maximum cap has been reached), with a wagering requirement of RM300 × 15 = RM4,500.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time. Claiming a new bonus before the wagering requirement of the current bonus is met may result in the existing bonus being cancelled.
• Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash without meeting the wagering requirements.
• jqk29 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that Users currently fulfilling active wagering requirements are not affected retroactively.
• The jqk29 VIP Programme offers weekly cashback starting from 0.2% (Bronze tier) to 1.2% (Diamond tier) based on your gaming activity.

7. Game Rules

The jqk29 platform offers various game categories including online slots, live casino, sports betting, sportsbook, esports and card games. Each game category has its own rules displayed within the respective game interface.

• All games are operated using certified random number generators (RNG) or streamed live by licensed service providers.
• Game results are final once completed, unless a verifiable technical error has occurred.
• In the event of a technical disruption, jqk29 reserves the right to void affected bets and return the original bet amount to the User.
• Bets that have been placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled by the User.
• jqk29 reserves the right to set betting limits, winning limits or specific game limits at its discretion.

8. User Responsibilities

Users agree to use the jqk29 platform responsibly and in accordance with all applicable rules. The following behaviours are specifically prohibited:

• Using automation software, bots, scripts or any method that attempts to exploit the gaming system.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game results or fix bets (match-fixing).
• Opening or using multiple accounts for the purpose of accumulating bonuses or evading restrictions.
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification.
• Using funds obtained illegally to deposit into a jqk29 account.
• Distributing unlawful, offensive or defamatory content through the platform's communication channels.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of the entire account balance without appeal.

9. Account Closure and Suspension

jqk29 reserves the right to close, suspend or restrict a User's account in the following circumstances:

• The User violates any of the terms or conditions stated in this document.
• The User is involved in fraudulent activity, money laundering or other financial crimes.
• The User is found to be under 21 years of age.
• jqk29 is required to do so by a regulatory body or by court order.
• The User requests account closure or self-exclusion.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact our support team via live chat or email. Any valid cash balance will be returned once the review is complete, subject to the withdrawal conditions stated.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, jqk29 is not liable for:

• Financial losses arising from use of the platform, including losses from gameplay.
• Service disruptions caused by factors outside jqk29's control, including network outages, cyberattacks or natural disasters.
• Actions by third parties that may affect the security of a User's account where the User has not taken reasonable security precautions.

Should jqk29 be found liable for any claim, the maximum liability that may be claimed from the Company shall not exceed the value of deposits made by the User in the 30 days preceding the claim.

The collection, storage and use of Users' personal data by jqk29 is governed entirely by our separate Privacy Policy. By registering an account, Users agree to the data processing practices described in that document.

• Users' personal data will not be sold or transferred to third parties without the User's consent, except where required by law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jqk29 holds its licence. jqk29 operates under an international licence that provides the legal framework for all platform operations.

• Any dispute arising from the use of this platform shall first be resolved through negotiation between the User and jqk29.
• Users are encouraged to contact our customer support team as the first step in resolving any complaint or dispute.
• If negotiation fails, the dispute may be referred to a recognised arbitration body under the relevant licensing jurisdiction.
• Use of the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is completely prohibited is entirely at the User's own risk and responsibility.
